With ten years of experience in engineering, I am passionate about developing innovative and customer-centric solutions for the tire and automotive industry. As a principal engineer at Goodyear, I lead several projects in the algorithm development team and coordinate the go-to-market strategies and customer feedback processes. I am motivated by the mission of Goodyear to deliver safe, smart, and sustainable mobility solutions for the future.
In my current role, I have increased the maturity of the algorithms based on customer feedback and benchmarked and integrated new technologies into the algorithm development approach. I have also established a new invention mining process together with the patent department , resulting in multiple patent applications. I have leveraged my skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Kanban and Agile to manage projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, I have obtained the Agile Leader Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, which has enhanced my ability to lead and empower my team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Since 2020 André Engelke is Global Head of System House Vehicle Motion Control (VMC) at the ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He is responsible for the definition of the strategic & operational orientation for the (VMC) technology field and is building up a new business field called „Software as a product“ (SaaP) via cubiX® - Integrated Chassis Control Software.
