The Pop in Your Job
I have personally contributed directly to building automotive products for years and years, but today my desire is to lead the company's culture change towards agility, why? Because I see great long-term benefits at all levels, both in terms of people and in terms of business and financial results. I personally believe in the power of collective intelligence and I love interaction and communication between people. I am therefore a personal believer in the first value of the manifesto. Every day I can observe how people communicate and evolve and this is what motivates me in my work.
