He excels in leading complex projects, especially those requiring the integration of traditional organizations with Agile methodologies. Throughout his career, Tomasz has successfully managed cross-functional teams across Europe, gaining deep insights into the challenges and opportunities of international collaboration. Passionate about Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, Tomasz continuously explores new advancements in these fields. In his free time, he enjoys returning to his programming roots, further enhancing his technical skills.
