Dr Tobias Maier started out as a natural scientist and first spent time in agile software development in medical technology, before switching to the automotive industry. There he started with quality management, then switched to project management, finally advising on process improvements and organisational change. For several years now, he has been focusing on agile transformations and the necessary change management. He was Principal Consultant and Head of Organizational Change at Method Park (2017-2021). Since 2021 he is Senior Agile Coach and SAFe Practice Consultant at FORVIA Hella. There he is responsible for the introduction of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the software area. In addition, he is part of the team for the redesign of the development processes in the electronics division of the Forvia Group. Tobias Maier has a master's degree in business psychology and coaches professionals who want to become effective change agents.
