Thomas Irmscher graduated with a diploma degree in business informatics in 2010 from the University of Federal Armed Forces, Munich, and with a master’s degree in applied IT security in 2017 from the Ruhr University, Bochum. He joined ETAS 2017 (former ESCRYPT) in Munich as a project manager for embedded security consulting and testing projects. Until 2020, he led a team of security consultants before he started his work assignment as Regional Solution Field Manager at ETAS Japan in Yokohama. Since 2023, Thomas Irmscher is the Product Manager for Security Testing Services at ETAS and thereby responsible for the global verification & validation service portfolio.
