Sven Theobald is a senior researcher and project manager at Fraunhofer IESE. With many customers from the automotive domain, the focus of his research and consulting has always been on how to identify, adapt and embedd suitable aspects of agility into regulated domains. His research addressed the benefits of agile practices, agile maturity models, scaled agility and agile leadership. Currently, he investigates the challenges that arise when agile teams operate in a traditional systems engineering environment.

Fraunhofer IESE is one of 76 institutes and research units of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Together they have a major impact on shaping applied research in Europe and contribute to Germany’s competitiveness in international markets.
