Stefan Waschk is responsible for the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) of the Volkswagen Group IT and is actively working on building the "Agile Community" in the IT sector of the automotive group. It was Stefan who created the "Agile Community" in 2009, initially as a small group of interested parties who wanted to optimize their software projects. In the meantime, the ACE and the Agile Community are fulfilling an official governance mandate for more agility in the entire IT area of the group and beyond. As co-founder of the DACH30 group, he drives the exchange of working agile practices with Agile Leads of well-known large companies - for the sustainable introduction of new ways of working in the digital change.
