Rishabh Chikker joined the Aptiv team in April 2018 and works in his current role as Scrum Master ADAS / AD since 2019. Rishabh manages the AutoScrum (SAFe) development framework & processes for ADAS / AD Scrum teams (Occupancy Grid, Situation Assessment, SW Qualification Testing ) and improves the team performance by turning impediments into process improvements, incl. plan, organize, and mediate the various Scrum ceremonies viz. daily Stand-up, Review, Retro, Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Product Owner Sync and Program Increment (PI) Big Room Planning. Rishabh has also experience of setting up new Scrum teams in automotive engineering environments from scratch and mentoring all parties involved.
