During his 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, Rafael assumed several roles, from User Researcher, Product Owner or UX Designer. He worked in different environments from R&D to production, starting at university research labs, then Bosch Car Multimedia and now at Critical Techworks (BMW group). Recently he is focused on how to better integrate design work into the Agile setup and make different working models cooperate.
