Nina Schwermer started her career in the field of production planning at Continental after her master’s degree in industrial engineering.
Since 2021 she is a member of the project team of the Continental Edge Framework where she contributes her expertise in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement. Now she is supporting the team as RTE / certified SAFe process consultant. She is focused on empowering the team and maximizing value creation within the project.
Nina is currently based in Regensburg, Germany.
