Mirko Drobietz is an agile coach in the VW Group. He has more than 22 years of agile consulting experience in large and medium-sized companies in the banking, insurance and automotive industries. Mirko is particularly concerned with the implementation of scaled agility at the organizational level, the training of the associated skills and the cultural change associated with the change. Currently he is one of the transformation leads for the largest transition of Volkswagen AG's Group IT towards a holistic, agile working model following the SAFe Framework. In the role of a SAFe SPC he conducts training for employees and management level, designs the overarching flow system and helps to implement the necessary roles and events in the organization.
