Marcel worked for different companies in the sectors of mechanical engineering and employee leasing before joining LEONI in 2017. After various internal stations, he acts today as Head of Agile Management & Coaching within LEONI Product Development. Agile methods, tools and especially the cultural aspects in the form of the right mindset are a matter close to his heart - certificates such as Scrum Master or Leading SAFe Agilist are rather obligatory, but also fun.
