Maike Kölbl started as a working student in the Program Management Office at HELLA at the beginning of 2018, while at the same time writing her Master's thesis for a health care start-up in Berlin. She completed her Master's in International Business and Management with a focus on Change Management and Strategic Marketing in autumn 2018 and then joined HELLA Forvia as a Program Management Consultant for processes, methods and tools in the electronics sector. She held two roles, Project Manager for small improvement projects and Business Partner for D&D and Project Management for several product areas. She helped the product areas with information in an advisory capacity and developed solutions. From 2021 to 2022, she worked full time for one year as allocation manager in the Semiconductor Task Force, ensuring that the scarce components reached the plants and thus the customers as quickly as possible. After that, she worked exclusively as a project manager for organisational change projects, as the size of the projects was no longer compatible with a second role as a business partner. Currently, she is leading the project for the redesign of the development processes in the electronics area.
