Julia is working as an Agile Coach and ScrumMaster in the development area and has more than three years of experience working in an agile context. In her previous projects, she was implementing SCRUM within hardware projects, experiencing all the impediments, agile development brings while working in an agile way within hardware projects. Besides, she is working as a facilitator, holds trainings and tries to establishing an agile and learning mindset.
