Jens Heyder is R&D Knowledge and Efficiency Manager at gestigon GmbH - a Valeo company.
From early in his career that started as Application Developer, Trainer and Usability Expert at MVTec Software GmbH, a computer vision company, he had a strong interest in agile software development practices, coaching and organization development.
Since 2018 he is working with gestigon supporting several transformation projects towards a more agile and customer oriented software development.
