Tobias maier joined HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision in 2021 as Change Agent, Agile Coach & Solution Train Engineer. Previously, he was Principal Consultant / Head of Organizational Change at Method Park Consulting. He is passionate about change management, organizational culture, transformation and organizational design.
