Dr.Rajesh Ganjii is an Automotive SPICE Instructor and also a renowned organization transformation leader. He currently operates as the Director of Engineering Excellence in Execution with ZF commercial vehicles control systems division. Rajesh also leads the procedures workgroup with Intacs VDA. He has been instrumental in the transformation of multiple companies in Automotive (OEs and Tier1) across the globe (Japan, USA, Sweden , Germany, and India) bringing in various multiple cross-dimensional approaches.
