Benjamin works as Agile Coach in the Technical Development of Volkswagen and pushes the Agile and Cultural Transformation as part of the Agile Change Team. He studied economics and business administration in Mainz and Paris and holds a master’s degree in management from Goethe University Frankfurt.
Benjamin started his professional career at VW in 2013 in the Auto-ID Centre of the prototype-assembly in Wolfsburg. After several years of experience in traditional project management in different departments in international vehicle projects, he fell in love with Agility during a predevelopment software project in the context of Virtual- and Mixed Reality. Combining hands-on mentality with his agile mindset and strong communication skills, Benjamin fosters a human centered and value driven spirit in his work.
